- Outside: a water rinse and a two-bucket rinseless wash
- Rearview mirror, both side mirrors, the little blind-spot mirrors
- Gas cap door, inside and out
- Trim and seals you only see with the door or hood open
- Cupholders, vents, seat rails, the seams where the goldfish live
- Steering wheel, shifter, door handles: the stuff hands touch

Before we arrive
We text back to confirm and send a secure link to save a card. Nothing is charged yet.
Walk-around
We walk the vehicle with you first and gather your belongings into a Feather's bag.
While we work
Home, office, wherever the car is. You don't need to stay.
The reveal
We walk you through the finished interior together. Only when you're happy does your saved card get charged.

Questions about Fresh Feathers
What about pet hair?
Pet hair removal is $50 extra. It takes special tools and more time. Let us know about pets when you book. We'll also check during our walk-around.
If you'd rather skip it, no problem. We'll clean everything else, but we can't promise the pet hair will come out.
Can you get every stain out?
We'll be honest with you: most stains improve dramatically, and some come out completely, but no one can promise every stain disappears. We treat everything as far as the material safely allows, and we show you exactly what to expect.
What about my kids' car seats?
We never remove or reinstall child car seats. That is a safety line we do not cross. We clean carefully around seats in place with every service.
