We walk you through the finished interior together. Only when you're happy does your saved card get charged.

Questions about The Nest

Do I need to be home the whole time?

No. Most customers greet us for a short walk-around, then go on with their day. We text you when it's time for the reveal. If you'd rather stay, we love the company.

Will the price ever change on me?

Never after we start. The condition of the car picks the package. We confirm it with you at the walk-around, before any work begins. If we spot something extra, we show you the exact add-on price and only proceed with your OK.

How long will you be here?

It depends on the car, not the clock. The Nest runs 1 to 2 hours, Fresh Feathers 2 to 3, and Dirty Birdie 3 to 4. At the walk-around we’ll give you the real number for your car before we start. We clean. We don’t judge.

Want updates while we work? Tell us at the walk-around. Some people want a text at every step. Some just want to know when it’s ready. Either is fine.
